It was morning time in Ashford City and Shinta was up extra early to seize the day. Living within an apartment room which he shared with his best friend Nex. Shinta got dressed in all black clothes and then left the apartment building and began walking down the pavement.
Things were going to be very different now that Tori was back. He wasn't sure how wise it was to open up a mercenary guild, as mercenaries had a reputation of working outside the law. But if Tori were just doing regular jobs that didn't require killing or anything shady then she should be just fine. Either way Shinta was behind her. She was a damn war hero in Shinta's books. And that deserved some benefit of the doubt. He also hoped that Tori could work things out with Dani. They did make a good pair back in the day.
Shinta continued to walk down the pavement with his hands in his jeans' pockets when all of a sudden... |
